Introduction

Screen Annotations is provided by Lumary Labs LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Screen Annotations is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on any Mac you own or control, subject to the terms of the Mac App Store and Apple's standard end-user license agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Screen Annotations, including its code, design, and documentation, are owned by Lumary Labs LLC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lumary Labs LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
