Whiteboard Workflow Update

Board Gallery & Tabbed Workflow

  • All Boards gallery — Grid/list views, multi-select, categories, collapsible sections, batch actions, and delete confirmation
  • Tabbed boards — Open boards in tabs from the gallery while keeping the board list as the first tab
  • Better board editing flows — Rename commits on first outside click, and selection clears without shifting the grid

New Whiteboard Content Blocks

  • Sticky notes — Inline editing plus independent note and text colors
  • Editable tables — Cell editing, add row/add column, autogrow, fill modes, background color, and text color
  • Link cards — Rich URL previews with title, host, and preview image or icon

Toolbar & Rendering Polish

  • Attached toolbar parity — Windowed whiteboard mode now behaves much more like the detached toolbar, including responsive overflow
  • Shortcut labels — Toolbar captions now show visible keyboard shortcuts
  • Cleaner rendering — Fixes for color picker alignment, link footer text, and stable sticky/table text sizing while editing
